I purchased 3 boxes of the (set of 6) from this web site in 4/2022 for both of my pediatric therapy clinics. At the 20-21 month mark, oil started leaking out of the balls at both locations so they have to go straight in the garbage!!! I called School Specialty as well as they are listed on each individual ball (batch 11/21) to let them know that their product was defective. They informed me that there is only a 1-year warranty and they did nothing to replace or compromise. It will be $850.00 to replace plus shipping!! And I am not sure if I want to replace because what if it happens again?!?
