Not every item can qualify for this promo because some are too big or heavy. Items that can’t qualify should have a red label stating that it is not eligible under the picture of the product.
Very sorry, but orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii can not qualify for the promotion.
Most items ship within 1-2 business days. I try to get a tracking numbers out when it ships, but sometimes I don’t get the tracking back from my suppliers until after you get the product. Overall time from placing the order to receiving the product is anywhere between 3-7 business days after you place the order depending on where you live.
