**ALERT: ALL CARRIERS ARE EXPERIENCING UNPRECEDENTED VOLUME INCREASES AND LIMITED EMPLOYEE AVAILABILITY DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF COVID-19. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE**

Due to the overwhelming amount of packages being sent out this year, employee shortages due to Covid and inclement weather, USPS, UPS and FedEx are all are experiencing some delays in the picking up and transporting of our orders.

You should have received an email with a tracking number, however due to the delays with the carriers, your order may be packed and awaiting pickup from the carrier or picked up by the carrier and on it’s way to you but not scanned yet.

We are unable to expedite the process on our end. We sincerely apologize for the delays and are doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
