Harder rather than foamy and the eyeballs make a rattling noise. Totally great product but I find the noise unpleasant and can’t stand holding it. Not for me!

This toy is not only cute, it’s beneficial. It’s a good stress reliever and it also works on hand strength. My kids use them as fidgets and my mom for strengthening her hand. Well worth the money.
