Super easy and delicous!
Ingredients –
3 eggs
2 cups of sugar
3/4 cup of margarine
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 cups of GFCF flour
12 oz of fresh cranberries
Directions –
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- With a mixer, beat eggs and sugar for 6 minutes. The mixture will double in size and form a ribbon if you lift the beaters out of the bowl.
- Add the margarine and mix for 2 more minutes
- Stir flour until combined
- Add cranberries and stir into batter
- Pour into greased 9×13″ pan
- Bake 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
- Let it cool completely before cutting
