This is the second purchase of this from Autism-products. Both came very quickly and are very high quality. The seat is a nice thick durable plastic and the base is Haley and well constructed. We purchased a second one because it it used so often by our son we wanted to have another available in a different part of our home. I can’t say enough about this seat though mom son would frequently stem and shack his head back and forth violently and repeatedly as soon as we got this the stemming slowed to a near stop. Only time we see it now is when he’s not been on his chairs as often as he needs.
