The use of high-color resolution makes it possible to visualize remaining time. Each Time Timer operates on one “AA” battery (not included). The clock is great for classroom use. By putting it at the back of the classroom and setting it for the time allotted for the class session, the instructor can see how much time he/she has left before ending the class.

This timer has been very helpful in a short amount of time. My son is not on the spectrum but does have attention deficits. He’s 11 and struggles with knowing how much time he has to get out the door in the morning or out of the tub to get to dinner. The timer does the reminding for me so I don’t have to sound like a broken record. Yay!

The timer is a great visual for the students (shows red) and has a medium audible sound. It rings 4 times and then stops by itself. I am using it each day and it helps students transition better because they can see it on the timer.
