Let me start by saying we love love love this product. My 6 year old is nonverbal autistic with major sensory issues. It is used multiple times a day! The negative I have about this product is that it never lasts longer than 2 months. We have been through 3 of these. And they are not cheap! We will continue buying them but I wish that the plastic around the bearing was sturdier. It keeps breaking. Every time!! Please fix this so I’m not having to repurchase this every couple of months bc the product works when it’s not broke.
