Sensory Light Box

The Sensory Light Box features a 15.5” x 15.5” frosted light screen with a raised edge to prevent lighted objects from falling off. The illuminated surface can also be used to backlight translucent gel shapes that provide visual and tactile stimulation for children and adults. It also provides a surface for artists, photographers and children to illuminate drawings, transparent objects for the purpose of viewing or tracing.  Spiral Gel Pad show in picture as well as several other overlays are sold separately HERE

Easy to Use

The gel shapes (Sold separately) can be placed on the box for viewing or for hand manipulation. If the activity is tracing, place the
artwork directly on the box with an overlayment of white paper. Using the in-line power switch, toggle the switch to
the “ON” position. Have the user trace the artwork to the greatest detail that they are capable of.

• The box also allows the user to trace line drawings, shapes and patterns as a daily activity.
• The touch responsive gel shapes encourage manipulation for tactile stimulation and hand/finger strengthening.
• Other expected outcomes are color recognition, improved eye hand coordination, reduction of boredom and increased attention span.
