This was a fantastic and healthy side dish for my family!
Ingredients:
1 Red apple chopped
1 Granny Smith apple chopped
1 Nectarine chopped
2 stalks of celery chopped
1/2 cup of dried cranberries
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
1 8 oz. cup of coconut yogurt
Directions: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve.
