Delicous summer treat I found on One Green Planet 

Ingredients:
Chocolate Cherry Ice Cream:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 3 tbsp. cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon agave
  • 1/2 cup cherries (pitted)
  • pinch salt

Piña colada ice cream:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup pineaple
  • 1/4 coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon coconut butter
  • pinch salt

Strawberry Cake Ice Cream:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon agave
  • pinch of vanilla powder (from vanilla bean)
  • pinch salt

Caramel Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup maple
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup soaked macadamias
  • 1/4 teaspoon sal

Chocolate Sauce:

  • 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons cacao
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons agave
  • pinch salt

Directions:

1. Blend ingredients of each ice cream separately, and pour the mixtures into ice cube molds.
2. Place the molds in the freezer and let freeze for 2-3 hours.
3. While waiting for the ice creams cubes to harden, blend the ingredients for the sauces.
4. Once the ice creams cubes are hard, place them in the blender. Blend each flavor separately to obtain three different ice creams.
5. Cut a banana in half, lengthwise.
6. Scoop each ice cream, and place the scoops in the middle of the open banana.
7. Garnish the scoops of ice cream with caramel sauce and melted chocolate. You can also add cacao nibs, dehydrated or fresh strawberries, shredded coconut…
