Do you take purchase orders?

We do take purchase orders.  You can place your order like you normally would on the website and when you get to the payment drop-down, choose Purchase Order Number.
Or
You can just email me the purchase order and I will take care of it.

How do I return something?

Write the following number on a piece of paper and tape it to the outside of the box being returned: RMA {your original number}

Once the item is received and processed by the warehouse the credit will be issued to the original payment method for the order (shipping charges are not refundable).  Please note that we highly recommend shipping by a traceable and insurable carrier as we cannot be held responsible for items lost, damaged, or destroyed during shipping.

Do you offer discounts or bulk prices?

We started this business to offer these products at the lowest prices possible to all which doesn’t leave room for wholesale or discount pricing.

Return Policy

I will take anything back that is in resalable condition within 30 days.  I aim to please my customers.  If you have a reasonable request or problem with a product, I will do everything in my power to make it right.

How do I order if I am tax-exempt?

We only collect tax for the state of Arizona so the system should zero out the tax when the shipping address is entered.

Can I cancel an order?

I am so sorry but the moment the order is paid for, a packing slip is printed in one of 37 different locations in order to get it to you as fast as possible.  It is usually impossible to stop an order from shipping once it is placed.  I can create a return as soon as you receive it.

Can I pay by check?

You can place your order like you normally would on the website and when you get to the payment drop-down, choose Check by Mail.

Why do some products not qualify for free shipping?

Not every item can qualify for this promo because some are too big or heavy.  Items that can’t qualify should have a red label stating that it is not eligible under the product picture.

My credit card is declining, who can I call?

It is probably something simple like a fraud hold for unusual activity. You must contact your credit card country directly to clear this up.  For your security, they won’t talk to anyone else.
